Lee DeRemer

Dr. Lee DeRemer, Colonel, USAF (Retired) holds a Ph.D. in Values-Driven Leadership from the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University.  He returned to his hometown near Wrightsville, Pennsylvania after serving in the Air Force for 26 years as a pilot, commander, and Pentagon strategic planner. He has taught leadership to military officers, government officials, international fellows, and undergraduate students. He has led Boy Scouts, youth ministries, and men’s ministries, and he is an experienced bicycle tour guide. Lee is committed to leading and encouraging boys to become young men of character.

In May, 2016, Dr. Lee DeRemer was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Center For Values-Driven Leadership, Benedictine University, in Lisle, Illinois “in recognition of his transformative impact on business and society through values-driven leadership.”

Lance Acree

acreelLance Acree has over 25 years of service as an ordained Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian Church of America. He retired from the Air Force as the commander of a flying squadron. His research on training has been published in a peer-reviewed medical journal; he currently works for an international consulting firm.  Read more..

Thomas Berridge

BerridgeTTom Berridge’s true loves are his wife, Maggie, and his children, Sam, Payce, and Chloe. Born and raised in Boston, MA Tom moved to York in 1991 where he has enjoyed over 20 years working in the banking industry. Tom is both an avid cyclist and devoted Christian having served with international missions for over 15 years. Read more…

Jeff Bradley

Jeff Bradley Jeff Bradley and wife Nancy, who is also a LifeCycles volunteer, were born and raised in Lancaster County. Jeff, a retired Hempfield High School mathematic teacher, was an avid runner for many years for until his knees began to creak, at which time, he turned to the bicycle. Nancy and Jeff worked together to bicycle across the United States in 2010, the East Coast in 2012, and from Vancouver to San Diego in 2015. Read more…

Mark Hoffman


Mark Hoffman is married to his wife April, and has one daughter, Rachel, who is 26. He spent his childhood overseas travelling with his missionary parents. He attended French schools in Algeria and France. Mark is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy with a Bachelors in Aero Engineering. He retired from the Air Force serving 25 years often living overseas performing operational duties. Read more…

Jason McKinney


Jason McKinney was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. He has been happily married for 7 years to his wife Nicole with whom he has a 5 year old daughter, Lili. Jason has been involved in youth ministry for the last 14 years. He currently serves as the Boy’s Program Coordinator for Teenhaven. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family eating out and watching movies. Read more…
