Get to Know Paul

If I could cycle anywhere in the world, it would be in…
Riding the tandem down the West Coast of the US with my wife.

The person who most inspired me as a young man was…
My dad, as a pastor he worked many long hours but found time to spend with each of his boys. I loved cars and together we brought a 1963 Chevy Impala back to life.

My best teenage memory is…
Spending time in Colorado

I am famous for…
My fountain pen collection

My most embarrassing cycling moment was…
My wife and I were riding our tandem to Ocean City NJ on the Schuykill River Trail. Leaving Birdsboro we missed the sign taking the trail to the other side of the road. The side we were on became a 2 mile loop trail. It took 2.5 laps before we realize I was leading us in circles.

My hidden talent is…
My sense of direction

If I could change something in my past it would be…
Knowing sooner that God is for me, and He loves me even though I mess-up. Knowing that He loves me unconditionally because of what Christ did on my behalf and I don’t have to work for that love.
