Lee DeRemer
Dr. Lee DeRemer, Colonel, USAF (Retired) holds a Ph.D. in Values-Driven Leadership from the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University. He returned to his hometown near Wrightsville, Pennsylvania after serving in the Air Force for 26 years as a pilot, commander, and Pentagon strategic planner. He has taught leadership to military officers, government officials, international fellows, and undergraduate students. He served Lancaster Bible College as Vice President for People and Culture and as Executive Vice President. Lee has led Boy Scouts units, youth ministries, and men’s ministries, and he is an experienced bicycle tour guide.
Lee is committed to encouraging boys and girls to become young men and women of character. He takes joy in seeing the paths they take as adults, as teens have grown to enter college, trade school, direct employment, and marriage.
Dr. Lee DeRemer is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University “in recognition of his transformative impact on business and society through values-driven leadership.”
Lee has also been recognized as the 2022 WGAL 8 Who Care winner for the impact of LIFECYCLES on teen boys and girls in Lancaster and York Counties in Pennsylvania and in Mandeville, Louisiana through the hard work of a growing team of committed volunteer leaders. Lee has been married to Marcie for 40 years. They have 2 married children and 2 grandchildren.

Tom Berridge’s true loves are his wife, Maggie, and his children, Sam, Payce, and Chloe. Born and raised in Boston, MA Tom moved to York in 1991 where he has enjoyed over 20 years working in the banking industry. Tegan Blackbird
Tegan has been married to his wife, Karen, for over half his life! Tegan’s family and faith are the most important things in his life. His daughter, Jordan, and her husband, Caleb, and his son, Ethan, and his wife, Lauren, can be found most weekends playing board games. Roger Garber
Roger grew up on a farm in Lancaster county and joined the family farm operation which grew into a few different enterprises. In 2012 Roger and his wife Patti chose to leave the family business based on the Lord’s leading. Mark Hoffman
Mark has been married to his wife April for 38 years. They have one daughter, Rachel, who is 34. He spent his childhood overseas travelling with his missionary parents. He attended French schools in Algeria and France. Mark is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy with a Bachelors in Aero Engineering. Read more…

Paul and his wife Rachel have been married for 46 years and live in Lancaster County. They have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Paul and Rachel are avid cyclists, typically logging over 2,000 miles each year on their tandem bicycle. Read more…

John and his best friend, Joey, have been married for…a long time. They have two children and 4 grandchildren, one of whom is in college. A retired CFO, John spends most of his time serving on the boards of several non-profits and riding his bike around Lancaster County. Read more…
